The Wife's Rock Lobster

She Who Must be Obeyed's Rock Lobster. Cromo with a 1" headset. I made it up using bits I had at the time. Quite a lot of the black LX and a Suntour XC Pro chainset (pre Micro Drive) which I got at an unbelievably low price when they were unfashionable. 7 Speed gripshift (she likes it)- I even have a yellow set somewhere. I know it is quite a large frame but she is six feet tall and it seems to fit quite well.

Holy Thread Resurrection, Batman.
I dug this bike out of the garage yesterday. I think it has been used maybe once or twice since this thread started? This is going to change. The plan is to take bikes on holiday to Scotland in the summer.

Does anyone have a pickup bike rack solution that they would recommend? My configuration is the Mountain Roll type. The rack will need to go on top of that.

Finally, the bike itself complete with mismatched tyres.



The forks were still holding some pressure which is good. The bike was sort of hanging from the front wheel whilst resting on the rear.
A gentle recommissioning will soon commence.
