quill stem wanted

regarding my latest build - as is, the handlebars are too far forwards and too low. so does anyone have a fairly tall and fairly short reach stem they would be able to sell me?

What diameter? I have a 1" SR going, very short, not sure on height but I can have a look...

I've got three cheap MTB quill stems at the powder coaters as I type, being done same gloss black as my (and your) frame! Give me a shout if you're interested, would only want enough to cover paint & postage
