Raleigh Dyna-Tech MT4 Titanium [NOS Bike] REDUCED!

Hi Guys,

Ok, I am sure I may regret this but need some cash :cry:

I am selling my 1992 NOS build 17" Raleigh Dynatech MT4 Titanium custom build. Its a 1992 and the build is period correct

All parts were sourced New Old Stock which was very expensive!

Here is the spec list.. every component is immaculate.

I only rode this a few times in good weather, no marks or scratches.

Only weighs 22.5 lbs!

Component costs in brackets.

Frame - Dyna Tech MT4 frame and fork set - disco Black and champagne totally unmarked [220]
Wheels - Front: Suntour XC Pro hub/Campag Alpha XL rim/DT Revolution spokes. Rear: Shimano XT M732 hub/Campag Alpha XL rim/ DT Revolution spokes [300 inc build costs]
Skewers - Control Tech Ti [35]
Tyres - Ritchey Quad WCS 1.9 [50]
Tubes - Conti Supersonic [ok these are modern] [20]
Headset - Shimano XT 1-1/8th threaded [40]
BB - Shimano UN52 [20]
Chainset - Shimano XT M730 [24,36,46] [120. rings cost 65!]
Cassette - Shimano XT HG 70 7sp 12/28 [25]
Shifters - Shimano XT thumb shifters [7sp] [60]
Chain - Shimano HG70 [15]
F Mech - Shinano XT M735 [25]
R Mech - Shimano XT M732 with Dura Ace aluminium jockeys [70]
Seatpost - Suntour XC Pro or Roox[you chose] [48]
Brakes - Suntour XC pro levers and canti's[Champagne] [95]
Saddle - Selle Italia Flite Ti [40]
Stem - Syncros quill hinged 140mm/0 degree [35]

NOW REDUCED TO 850.00 pounds.

I just checked how much it cost to actually build this.. 1400 quid!!
And that doesn't include what I spent in fuel collecting stuff and postage either.

I have put values in brackets by the spec... remember all NOS!

Same goes here Ian. Lovely bike and a lovely build. I wish I had some spare cash as I'd love another Dyna Tech and your's is just about perfect. :cool:
 
Good to hear from you Paul.. Yes, I put a lot of time and effort [and money too] to make sure everthing was perfect. I always a bit crazy for NOS stuff :roll:
Everything just seems to work to perfection on this build.
I dont know if its the weight or the lack of rolling resitance in the tyres and hubs/freehub or what but this bike will roll faster than any other bike I encounter! Flies up hills too.
