After checking the rim,it is actualy a clincher
Therfor i have reduced the price to

May be interested in this if it's right model of hub.

Please take a close up of the hub. If it's the right one would give you £28 just for the hub to save postage.

I beleive this is a tipo small flange hub from the early 70s
with oil hole and adjusting covers with round hole
