1" Tioga quill stem 135mm w/ rise. Nice satin titanium-like finish. Excellent condition, but missing top plug for quill bolt hole. Also the hole for is slightly off centre. $20

The top hole for accessing the recessed quill bolt is a little off center and isn't right in the middle. Other than that, this stem is very nice. A guestimate would be $9 or less for shipping, as that's how much it would probably be to the UK. I'll snap a picture for you when i get home tonight, as well as getting you an exact shipping quote.
