Columbus 'Dove' Panto on fork crown? Mystery frameset ID...

I'm going crazy trying to ID this frame and fork. I've never seen the Columbus logo pantographed in the fork crown like this, does anyone know what it is? Lugs and BB shell are pretty straightforward, BB shell cutouts are simple ovals. The serial number stamped on the bottom of the BB shell is 54020-coincidentally (or maybe not so) is the length of the seat tube, center to top, is 54 cm. Top tube and above bb shell cable routing.

I'm wondering if Columbus sold these crowns to individual builders, and this is a custom frame build of some sort by a local builder. At any rate, it's light and interesting, but quite a puzzle. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Columbus used to make fork crowns, matched exactly to their fork blades. So individual builders would have had access to them.

Excellent tip, thank you. It's looking more and more like this is not a mass-produced frame, or even one from a major builder.
