1991 1st Year GT Cyclone...Just finished today.

First off I want to thank Mike for making this build-up possible. Most of you know that GT's are my gig so I was naturally excited when this one became available, especially one in such good condition ....new. I didn't do any shopping to build this one up. None. Everything you see on it was in the bins or hanging around. I debated heavily going with M900 XTR but it is a 1991 frame so I stuck with XT 7 speed. Many of the parts are NOS items that I picked up for future builds. I'll post some additional pics in the appropriate thread since there's a limit in this one. Here's the spec, Enjoy

They were production bikes, and they were made in 95. Bought mine new as a frame from one of the local RM dealers in Toronto. They switched to Al front triangle in 96. I'm not sure how many were made (they were all made in house in Vancouver), but mine was SN 0025, so there were at least twenty five.
