I'm unfortunately going to have to remove myself from the list, I don't like BBQ's*
*Ok I actually love BBQ's, but I'm still injured and don't want to risk causing any more damage until whatever is wrong is fully healed. And I know I'll damage it riding a bike.
So unfortunately I'll not be there to ride with the rest of you :cry:

I'm also a maybe for this one. The Mr K and the NWA's are doing a big ride (49 miles) in North Wales on the Saturday.
If I survive then I may bring along a singlespeed to join you all the day after.
