Over the past few days I have not believed my own eyes â€“ it seems that everyone where I work is a closet retro Kona owner! Iâ€™ve never seen so many â€œRace liteâ€

i reckon a lot of these unknowing types would be more than happy to sell up for a bike with full suspension and disks, like seemingly every Â£150 heap has these days...

I've just found a 1988 Kona brochure when I was having a sort out.

Must have picked it up the year before I got mine

Thanks. I like yours Paul, they're essentially identical. But you need to get a black Syncros post and a matching tire for the front

26.4mm Syncros posts are rarer than hens teeth.

I have a Syncros which I'm not using (with the proper "horizontal" letters) but can't remember if it's 26.4 or 26.8.

Let me know if interested and I will check - am after a 27.2 btw.
