So who makes the best little frames then, I have seen some nice little Fishers, it got be 14" or there abouts!!!!

My other half has a Wilier Triestina with Campag Chorus/record mix and a very retro GT Karakoram with XT. (We are a 19 bike family)
I'm in the trade and she has the best of everything available to her.
Does she ever use them?

Only bikes I can get her to ride are her 2 Batavus shoppers with hub gears and a coaster brakes.
