Fred Williams Cycles in Wolverhampton allegedly had the actual Pantani bike on display some years ago - certainly it looked suitably race-worn, had alloy not carbon Ergos, and from memory the L/H one might have been gutted to give a brake-only lever with down-tube shifting (classic old-school weight saving!).

That can't be his real bike, the real one is in my shed, along with Merckx's hour record bike.
