Saracen Traverse Hydrotech

I posted a mistake originally, the chain rings have "SG" on them. Anyone help me with finding replacements?
 
oh wow - that's a blast from the past! A mate of mine had one of those - absolutely bombproof.

He won a bike in a competition in MBUK (I'm struggling to remember what he won, but it will come to me) and sold his Saracen on, and regretted it!
 
"SG" on the chain rings stands for Super Glide, I think. Even if I'm right, I'm not sure where it stands in the whole UltraGlide / HyperGlide spectrum.

Someone will know more ...
 
Very nice :cool: , you don't see many of the e-stay saracens around.

rings to fit should be easy to find from shops but you wont find any like the originals (black shimano SG)unless you search long and hard.

Rims - again a long search , maybe time to let them go and get them both replaced :idea: .

how many holes on the rims :?:
 
mmm gutted I can't get the original stuff again :cry: , not sure how many holes will have to check tonight.

Hermitt that's pretty cool, is that the same frame as mine? sorry I don't know much about my bike, did ya keep it in original condition or have you restored it?
