RB NATIONAL EVENT: The Lake District 08/05/2010

Currently waiting for a new tyre for my Yamaha scooter to allow me to buzz down from MacRetroland to join the ride. Garage has had bike since Tuesday and keep muttering about couriers taking time with tyre. Now they have the tyre but are dragging heels over fitting it so tomorrow I'll be camping in their showroom until they fit it :roll:

Fingers crossed otherwise my plans are scuppered !

EDIT: Too knackered and stressed by scooter Fiasco, Carrick Yamaha are a bunch of Bar Stewards

Sorry lads, I'll not be attending :cry:

Is this a four man ride then?

Anyone getting there early 09:00 ish I'll be there so let me know if you want to meet up then.

GT 1992 Avalanche has been used for the weekly commute and has passed reliability test. if the trail is same as the week before last the single track will be firm and fast
