new chain and 150 lbs in the rear shock and it's up and running

had a good hour out on it today and all was fine

had to shim the rear caliper across 1mm but it feels really good if a bit lighter at the rear than the dh8 was , but who cares ? not me

i'll take some good pictures tomorrow
