Presta for high pressure and keeping the air in (!) with brass schrader adapters - best of both worlds!
Either as I have a pump that can do both without having to fiddle with adapters (best pump I ever got BTW). You just stick it on and pump away - no little plastic widgets to drop or anything!
Though I tend to lean to Presta when buying replacement tubes as you can get away with using them in shrader rims if necessary at a push.
