My neighbour's looking to shift this bike - left behind several years ago by a previous tenant who left the country. It's in pretty poor shape, but could make a decent commuter/hack bike with a little effort.
It's a Ridgeback Velocity (I think 2005), aluminium frame & forks, 24spd Acera gears, and quite randomly a quite steeply angled Syncros stem. 21" seattube, 23" toptube, so you should be 6ft.
Bad points: it basically needs a new 700c wheelset, one of the paddles on the rear shifter seems to have snapped off, and the saddle's got a tear. The rear wheel has about 5 broken spokes, and the front wheel seems to be a replacement for the original taken from an elderly road bike!
Aside from that, it looks in scuffed and dusty but servicable condition, and it's free to someone who can collect from Stoke Newington, London.
