WTD: Things for Mafac Levers to hold cables & or hoods

Looking for the little things in this picture that hold the brake cable / housing in place where it meets the lever on Mafac brake levers like these.

And / Or...... looking for suitable hoods, ideally white, or possibly gum, or whatever anyone might have. Did these take the funny 'half' hoods Mafac levers sometimes used?

Dunno how desperate you are for hoods, but I've got these levers with (rare!) full black hoods for sale - 15 quid (or 35 quid to include a complete 'Racer' setup).
