WTD: Something BIG!

I'm looking for a 65 / 66 cm frame or complete bike. Preferably something that can handle dirt tracks, with mudguard and rear rack mounts. I'm 6ft 4" with a back problem that necessitates bars to be at saddle height or slightly above. Doesn't need to be retro.

I've got a partially complete bike in 25". It's just an old hack nothing special. It's complete apart from wheels (takes 27" although it had 700c on it which worked) and brakes. Has chrome mudguards touring type geometry and think it has rack braze ons too.

I'd like £30 posted for it, can take pics if you are interested.

Here are some pics, like I said nothing special more of a beater really. Wheels not included. Unfortunately though the rear brake requires a top mounted bolt which are quite rare, I think I have a Mafac centre pull with the correct fitting....
