Markus Storck was the german Klein distributor until the merger with Trek in 1995. those were the team colors but they were available to the public too. i think they were painted at the Klein factory but not available through Klein, only through Storck.

Not sure Matt - its a good price, great condition and the colour scheme is really growing on me, but in my heart I just want an old team one (like everybody else) :?
