Spooky looking spectral ghoul isn't it. There is a local bit of folklore regarding a murderous outlaw who endured a grisly and tortuous end under the arch of the pack horse bridge. In fact their are lots of scary tales to be told by Panniers Pool. Great for newbies on night rides.
