When i was in India,i had a large carving gouge made[They're masters at carving over there.Hand forged in front of me :cool: and sharpened to an eye watering edge.I forgot about it and took it onto the return flight to London
In my hand luggage :shock: :LOL: :LOL:
They did have something to say as i tried to board the connecting flight to Glasgow,all 6 of them :LOL:

D/T - why d'ya need such a specialist axe? I have an American hickory shafted jobby bought cheaply from Brown's Hardware Shoppe in Tobermory :p Does the job admirably if kept in tune.

I just have always wanted an aussie racing axe is all. :cool:
for general stuff i prefer a good sharp saw,axes are just only for splitting it to burnable pieces :? .So i should really be looking for a decent maul


These racing axes come in a range of anodised colours :D ;)
