he had a go, but with no support, kind of lost. But hey, what do you do?
All of a sudden leading the stage on your own...might as well go on. Any dramas or cock ups and it could have worked. Most flat wins are luck anyway.
As it was he did a pretty good job on his own. Ok, no reward, and hope hasn't killed himself too much, but gets noticed and great to see a Brit in the spotlight!
