That is a Team Chance. Made in the far east. Groupset a bit over the top for that frame. Imo original buyer could better have allocated his money to a real Fat and 'only' XC Pro or so.
 
I think campy on a FAT is a no no anyway.
Just doesn't fit right to me. Need some chi chi american tat really.

Save the campy for a frame that would appreciate it :D

You just can't have a Fat without a Cooks crank (or grafton brakes, or bullseye hubs, or ringle stem, or a syncros post....)

Classic campy really shouldn't be on anything tig welded - lugged or fillet only!
