AlpineStars Cro Mega

Ahhh the memories.... My twin brother had one of these back in 91. I have got some photos of it somewhere that need scanning.
It's a great looking bike in all it's fluorescent pink glory. Sadly his was quickly stolen but was fortunately replaced under insurance with a 1992 model in white.

Is this the one from MP with out the wheels?
I almost bought this one, but he didn't want to ship :?
It was a real bargain, nice to see it here.

Really nice this.

I picked up the '90 (non estay) version recently and the pink really is BRIGHT

Nice condition this one, and a killer price too :)

I agree with Sinnett, the groupsets were absolut pants on all CroMega LX's

i think it is a 1991 and completely original except for the stem, that was replaced when new by the girvin

Nice score.

if the stem's been changed (which it obviously has) then so must the bars have been also. A-Stars had a kooky 28.6mm bar/stem interface and Flexstems are 25.4.

Make sure you add some wheel skewers before ripping any monos. ;)
