36

Mountainbiking since I was 18 (mostly in the same forest...) so that's now half my life :!: :!: :!:

It's all been good so far :D

Reading of other people mtb-ing for half of their life it reminds me that this also applies to me

30, bought my first MTB in 1990 (Bridgestone MB-5 - I regret I sold it 2 years later to finance a Stumpjumper. At least I still got that one)

starting Hilts?? :?

;)

I am actually a year older than when I polled this.
32 now :D
Mountain biking for few more years than half my life aswell. eek. Who started this thought?

31...thirties are the new twenties ;)

Phew, hopefully that means that being 28 still makes me a teenager!

First mountain bike when i was 12, i soooo wish i could remember what it was :( I remember it having a steel frame and an all-in-one stem/bar combo with bright pink grips. My parents bought it for me second hand out of the local paper, it was definately a well made bike but not particularly exotic.

39 - feels like 59 but I guess that will pass once I'm 40. Later this year is the 20th anniversary of my first MTB purchase. (I'd used flat bar racers for off roading up till then.
