You'd want to look this over, could be more rotten than a MP. Also did Gios ever route the tt cables as shown in the pics...

I found a '91 Cindercone that had been under water for years - it came apart ok and was pretty well preserved and is still being ridden.

It has the Gios adjustable dropouts, so looks like the genuine article to me, tho' I must admit I've not seen a red one before. Mine has pierced top tube cable routing but this frame is missing the caps at the entry/exit points to the tube, so looks a bit ropey. That looks more effort than it's worth
