1980's I think.
Still being raced, fixed time trial machine, 501 tubing, quite light and pretty quick even if I am not very quick myself.
It recently got itself banned from Newport Velodrome for being a bit too low :) oh the shame .... [/img]

Yep the season is almost upon us indeed :) This year I will be riding the above fixed wheel flyer and this thing..

It now has [ or will have when rebuilt ] a new paint job, decent racing wheels ie alloy rims, medium 3 speed Sturmey and a DT Swiss radial hub in the front.. the rack has gone.
Will post some pics when it is done......[/img]

I haven't done a TT in half a life time! I may do one as I have a recently purchased TT bike. Last by ten minutes I reckon would be the best I could hope for!

Do a club ten, there are usually one or two slower riders you can battle it out with,,,,
I excepted years ago that I will never win anything so just have fun, hence the old bikes, I did 199 miles in a 12hr on the Moulton last year, not quite last, there were a couple of older tt bikes being used at that event as well.

 I don't think our time keeper would be amused :) neither would my lower back. .. the spoke guard is a bit naff though
