Have spoken with Richard on this matter. It's difficult because I know Richard personally and he is certainly an honest chap. Although he does ride a lot of cross.
However we have taken the view & position throughout that we cannot get involved with matters on other sites. This case would be cut and dried however I can imagine a deluge of complaints about various real and imagined issues which occured elsewhere.
