The website claims they started work on new products in 1993. I've got a Bontrager set of rebadged kings which is about 1997. So i'd have thought late 95 at the earliest
Suspension front hub was available for the 95 model year (ie late 94) and rear was definitely available in 97 but not sure when it actually was released.
Additional: Early front hubs only have King on them, which was changed to Chris King when the rears were released, so matching sets of hubs is only a period fitment for latter 90s bikes (97ish) onwards.
