Hi mate, how freely does it pivot at the dropout? mine has seized here and stripping and greasing didn't fix it so i guess i could do with a new one

Gave it a play this morn - ooh er! moves v freely - I really don't think this has had too much use in it's days. Jockey wheels are the only giveaway it's been used.

Can always return it if it's not condition you expect
