Where's the "None of the above unless you're the president of the Shaun Palmer Wannabe Fanclub because all DH bikes are goofy" option? :?

HERETIC

As much as I like Gadro's Lobo, I've got to go for nporternz's Yeti DH4.

For once i'm going to vote for a Yeti

But Elite504's Arc is just pure eye candy & that's just those forks

Not very olschool or Vintage this month. :?
Too long travel suspensions, and so many disc brakes :x

I'm quite ready to give my vote to the proflex and the Sbike. Nicolas Vouilloz won his first worldchampionship with that frame, but with a STM upside down fork. But I don't really love its assemby.

If I make abstraction to the vintage side, I find interesting 3 bikes : the yeti with the airline groupo and the MErt Lawiil fork, the Pace, and the Specialized-Shaun Palmer replica.
I know the job of Gary, I know how he could be precise (In France, we usually say that he f… flies !!!!). For exemple, I remember how long he was looking for the specific fork crown.
But these three bikes are amazing, I agree but they are far from my bike's culture/ interest. :D

No Intense's in there so as a Palmer fan, went for GT's FSR. More than a couple pulled my fancy and it was a close call between the Yeti, Gadro's GT, Giant ATX and the FSR.

I Like Jerky's Pace, but I like Gadro's Lobo...but which one's best? There's only one way to find out......FIGHT!

The Pace is bike art, when the Lobo says "I'm here to eat your bike for breakfast". and then snap :)

The PACE wouldn`t be able to fight, it`d just go all floppy about its pivot points/bushings....

Thermoplastic Lobo nice, but Palmer FSR lookalike better
