IIRC, this was Ron Kitchings own brand. I remember seeing all of Beryl Burton's bikes decked out in this. I always liked their bar end plugs with the expansion screws.

The Milremo brand came about in 1972 when Ron Kitching and frenchman Andre Bertin joined forces.

1972 was when they became european agents for Suntour and later on around mid seventies agents for Dura Ace, just about when I got into cycling.
Milremo was registered as a trademark about 1957, it was a composite of MILan-sanREMO.
