Used to sell the forks in the shop I worked in about 12 years ago, it was bad enough getting spares then when the company was working, let alone now. I think you may have to go down the route of extra large Lizard skins cut to fit as did a number of our customers at the time. They all used the HUGE lizard skins intended for the E-stay of suspension bikes with long cut out sections to fit round the bosses and brace. Not a lot of help as you'll probably struggle to find the lizard skins as well!

Look at that - they still do the super-jumbo ones, you may have to zip tie the bottoms but they should work....
