The tensioner is going to be replaced with a 'magic gear' and not keen on the cranks. Really impressed with the original hubs though.

Sweet ride! 93 is my favorite years for Konas, I think... that fade paint looks great - and damn, the shape of that bike really just is right to me!

Ooh, and what hubs are they that are still running smooth?

The hubs are pre-Parallax LX (on barely worn Mavic 231 rims).

I don't think this bike has been ridden much. Shame really.

Although I am going to ride the hell out of it now I have it!

I love Kona's, my 96 Hei Hei was great and rode like a goat up a hill on steroids....

By saying your Hei hei wasa sweet ride I presume you sold it. What makes you do that, I'm gonna get buried with mine.
Benjiman, beautiful, original. It's inspired me to get mine re-sprayed back to original. Anyone got any idea where I can get '93 Kileuea decals and the recipe for the correct paint?
