Last week I and RobMac didn't get to Drumlanrig due to the inclement weather and I suggested that when the weather improved I should head over to Fife so RobMac and possibly Mikee could show me some Fife trails.

Is there any interest in this as I quite fancy giving it a go :D

I'm going back to my roots, to the place of my birth, riiiiigggght down to earth.

Count me in, would be nice to have something reasonably close as an alternative to Carron Valley and the mud/ice/snow fest that the Pentlands currently are.

I might show face too - long time since I've ridden Deepest Darkest Fife.

You don't get a passport when you leave, you get a tattoo on your forehead to warn people. Mine is only just starting to fade now.

the urge to write summat is strong

be up for trail boss for a day out in fife if your all up for it
lomonds ,glenrothes urban, etc
the forests are a bit wet at the moment and hence a mud fest but
we could organise something

Mikee, if you and RobMac would care to come up with a plan and a suitable date it looks like you'd have some takers ;)

blairmudams a bit er muddy at the moment
pittmudding is also a bit muddy
that's why i suggested the alternatives
the problem with the lomonds is that icy tramped on snow but its a big enough area to find some nice riding

the "urban" glenrothes run starts at a foody pub car park and ends there too
so has some compensations ,and links up many small trails around this fine
town
