Thats a really nice machine mate. It looks kinda mean and purposeful, I like it! How about blue headset spacers to match the other anodized parts, and black X-lite stubble's instead of silver?

Final version for now until I decide to change things again. The wheels are gorgeous and really give the whole bike a lift. Swopped the middle chainring from silver to the hardcoat grey one in the picture.
Cannot decide what to do with the swingarm. Agree it does not fit in with the rest of the bike. I could paint the forks to match the swingarm? Need to think about it.
The wheels are:
Hope Pro II - blue
DT spokes - silver
Mavic X717 disc - silver
alloy nipples - blue
Not the lightest of wheelsets but functional and built to last.

That's an X-lite Click-on seatpost 27.2mm shimmed to 30.0mm with the correct X-lite seatpost clamp - 34.9mm collar / 27.2mm shim. The hours I spent trawling the internet looking for these bits is frustrating but if the bike doesn't work for me the bits will get split up. No immediate plans to do it but will let you know when it happens.
