Yeah, probably better to legislate to protect the stupid rather than try to educate them.

not trying to defend the litigous(sp?) society i live in, merely pointing out that some people(no matter how many time they are shown) cant properly use a qr.every time we sell a bike in the shop we take the time to show the person how to use the qr's, release(open) the brakes, etc. i doubt the staff at some dept. store is gonna take the time to do this with every 90$ bike they sell
