Headset cups

I'm trying to replace the original impact headset on my Kona but I can't get the cups out. How can I manage this?

I have tried knocking them out using some old handle bars and a hammer (this seems to work with newer headsets).

Any ideas will be appreciated.

take it to your Local bike shop,

you will only be pissed with yourself if you crack your headtube tryin the old hammer & screwdriver method.

make a cup remover

You can make old bars or old long steerer into cup remover if you have an angle grinder, or patient with a hacksaw and cut 4 slots in one end
