Definitely 95 in Ink blue anodized. I to have another one like it in route in its original spec.
You can bring those Judy SL back to life.... fit a set of Kronos springs and a Risse Racing damping cart'.
Have a look on ebay under Rock Shox, there's a load of stuff for old Judy's.
I did it with my Judy XC... amazing now, better performance than when new.
