'97 Xizang
'97 GT Xizang (with '95 decals). 22.5lbs incl. XTR 959 pedals. '09 XTR for cranks, shifters, levers. Wheels are Mavic 517 with Hugi 240 (off Specialized '03 S-works) with DT Swiss 9mm RWS up front. Replaced original '98 SID with 80mm '09 SID Race that I got for a song. Hard to find this fork with cantis! Amazing fork. Transformed the ride, literally. So far I'm quite impressed. XTR cables with GORE liners (the yellow stuff). Keeper. For now! ;-)

A 18"Zaskar 96ish with the seat in a pose-hight:
A 19" Zaskar LE 92ish:
They both fit, the 18" has been ridden hard times, the 19"was a bedroomqueen. Both were too small unfortunately.
