yes, that's the 1996 "Team" paint. The last year for the press-fit bb and welded-on seat post clamp. Brake cable exit on top tube is not suited for V-brakes. "Small" frame size (19"). That frame was sold as Adroit in 1997 and 1998, with the only difference being the threaded bb shell, Vbrake ready cable exit and loose seat post clamp.
