Now, my second project. :D
A full steel frame, handcrafted by Franco Ricci Mingani, copying the great Plexus.
I think it's from 1999.
Bought it on november
Changed something.

Very very nice, and if the FRM frame is anything like the components it will be a quality bit of kit..:)

You need some FRM CU-evo cranks and a web stem and a frm set of wheels.. ;)

Oh! did I mention I have a FRM Web stem.. as a spare should you need it

thank you Si, i already have some interesting stems (a zooka and a newer fsa).
I don't really know how to proceed with it. Maybe doing a project with new components, carbon and so or with more retro (cantis, 8s, m900)...

I would personally use as much FRM stuff as you can lay your hands on, its very very nice stuff, very well made and superlight, the wheelsets were amazing.

There brakes I cant comment on, but I would not be using any shimano on such a beautiful frame.. ;)

Ok gys, now a little upgrade (many of you would recognize their parts ;) )
Here we go:

arc1f.jpg

As you can see, throw some things, put on some good old anodized stuff, more in blue ;)

arc2t.jpg

Great 2x9 conversion from ritchey (great stuff!), used on blue turbine, sram 980 cassette (11-34) and solid M900 :)
