Liyang AT 650, NOS steel MTB from ’91, got from Germany. I’ve bought it to be the donor of “Sithlord’s black Stumpy” :D Stumpy thread will be start during the next week as soon as I got the frameset. ;)
I thought I’ve put it before splitting.

that looks in great condition and I really shouldn't like it but I do :cool:

does the front wheel need flipping round- tread looks wrong?
 
nos, never ever ridden! 19 years ago, unbelievable :shock: pedals are under the saddle, original grease on chain, etc :cool:

i'm fan of slopping top tube (my '97 kona exp is the best) but it's really beautiful. and had very fair price.
 
my mate had a liyang alu bike, it got knicked when he was at school, some one jumped out of car at the front of the school. ran up to it and knicked it, he bought a Marin Bear Valley afterwards
 
i guess liyang is a rarity but it's too big for me... frameset will be sold during the next week. my plan was to build a mint stumpy from the early '90. :roll:

PM Mr Kawasaki on here as he may be interested in buying, as he like rare stuff and is a tall guy ;)
 
don't worry, sure it's gonna have a good new home. thx for the contact. probably i can get other NOS bikes soon :cool:
