Nicely thought old build Neil, any plans for decals? Or are you leaving it as is?

NOS Ritchey

I haven't submitted anything to the competition before so hopefully this will go OK. I figured since we just got this one, it would make a good first submission. Many of the bikes seem to be newer so I figured we'd go for the true "old school" vote with an earlier bike. Paint was called Wild Irish Rose and was applied by Columbine. All of the parts were black anodized and all the hardware/fasteners were gold plated. Even the spoke nipples and bottom bracket cir-clips were plated. After all of this, the bike was never ridden.

Absolutely stunning Ritchey. The attention to detail is top notch. What's the vintage?

Shocking Pink

Absolutely bizarre...

Looks somehow edible!

I'm a secret admirer of black and gold mind... the rollers are very tasty.

I'm thinking 1984/85. The shifters are 83-86, rear derailleur patent date is 1984 and roller cams popped up in 1984.

John has moved the topic and porn is appearing again. Pink and gold with black on top: the colours of sin.

Jeff they should close your shop for making everything else seem banal!

Ameybrook: sorry, I was confounded by the bobbing of boobs and booties!
