hi all any one know of a bike shop that can build pulstar hubs. my local bike shop hasn,t a clue.

As mentioned in this thread here special straight pull DT spokes are required. The hardest part would be the lacing... once your there any half competent wheel builder should be able to do them.
Have you the hub only? Or hub with a damaged rim?
Check this picture here for an idea of how to lace them (looks pretty standard to be honest)
Try a few local shops. Someone should be able to sort you out.
