that looks identical,therfor it could well be a 531
tell me the seat post bolt nut, is that a panto'd carlton nut
i'm looking everywhere for a pair of wheel nuts and seat binder nut.
any ideas
also where could i find some 531 decals from this period.

My Carltons long gone but yes, it was a panto bolt.
I also had an non reynolds Carlton almost exactly like yours and with a panto bolt....

Is the art deco style head badge Cippolini, right for 1977 ?
The reason I ask is my bike has the same andyours is the forst bike i have seen with the same transfer.
The frame for mine is between 68-72 when chassis where WHOxxxxxx.
There is always mine is a 1980 on the later dating system, but something tells me it is older.
Any info is always useful
