ikea is amazing for the price, we've used both ikea and mfi and looked at moben too. get ikea cabinets and spend more on the worktops. thats what beeny would do!

This is what the plan will be
Buy units from:
http://www.nationalkitchens.co.uk/
Buy taps and nice bits from all over wherever is cheaper (will try ikea etc too)
Then get a worktop/breakfast bar ordered from a direct supplier and I will probbaly fit the kitchen myself, and then get a proper chap in to fit it (Coran/plastc surfaces need gluing dont they?)
