Just need to insert two links in the chain so the rear mech doesn't bash the pivot so much [a common problem with this design]..

4.7" F & 4.0" R. The geometry is adjustable out back to 5" IIRC but it sharpens the angles all round [of course].

This is the best setup for me having tried all [seriously] combinations
