these need to be in the special vault along with the DB9 ;-)

Maybe Thumbshifters was a bit easy. Still, thought it'd be nice to have a straightforward one without pronouncements of the world coming to an end if xyz wins.

Deore + XT thumbies are cool, yes :)

SIS black plastic Thumbies, are however, in my opinion, a bit plop

A question for John: What's the green bike in the very first picture?
And loving the Funk in the second pic. Yummy yummy

Steve

The Green bike in my Yo, click sig for more details if interested.

Yes interested, yes clicked the sig, yes in love with the Yo - very splendid indeed, especially that colour and all the red ano accoutrements  . Any more pics of the funk, too?

Steve

Cooly-cooly-cool.

Prefer the super neat and perfectly functioning XC-pro ones to the old shimano ones.

Bought some of the new Dura-Ace ones so I must like them.

They define retro for me...

Stupid question....

Not keen on the thumbie bodge though. Left lever throw is all wrong for many MTB front mechs.

2nd gen Campag and Mavic wishbones must surely be included as classics too.....

All time best is of course XT with XC Pro a close second.
