Ooooh, GravyMonster has entered my dream bike of my early MTB years - the Trekker Hydrotech. Might be difficult to topple this beauty from my affections!

Saracen Tufftrax - original 1987 vintage
How about my bike as a nomination? - An original Saracen Tufftrax 1987 model complete with rear bottom bracket located u-brakes. In almost totally original condition.
A fantastic ride and so light to handle. A real classic retrobike!
